Unfortunately to stay within our venue limits, our celebration is strictly for those on the invites. Please enjoy a night off for both parents and kids.

Unfortunately, due to the limited time we have, we will not be able to do a first look.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay within the limits of the venue. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Please do, however, we do have a professional photographer, so please give them some space to capture our special moments.

Can we post pictures online?  Feel free, just use the hashtag #SP500wedding

The bar will be a twoonie ($2) bar. There is also an ATM on site for convenience.

We have not selected any hotels, but if you wish to stay, there are many hotels downtown that have access to the transit system.

There will be a cocktail hour starting at 5:00 pm on the patio. Heaters will be provided in case of cooler weather.

Parking is free. To ensure a safe evening, guests are allowed to leave their vehicles overnight, but will need to register their license plate with the front desk.

Our wedding venue is walking distance from the Light Rail Transit (LRT) and associated bus stations.

The venue is indoors; however, the cocktail hour is on the patio with heaters. If the weather turns for the worst, this portion will be moved indoors.

We would be delighted if you join us looking your best.

The weather varies this time of year, but typically it is about 10C during the day, and 1C over night, but it’s Alberta, it could be anything, so dress appropriately.

Yes, wine and Prosecco will be made available. Due to the nature of the venue, only those drinks will be available during the cocktail hour.
